Bob, Dorie, RJ and I built the city of Arkadia. I enjoy this game but am not any good at it. This proved the case as I let three new players beat me. I always hold on to my banners too long and wind up having extra unused workers at the end.

Ann, Denise, Jane, Don and Alvin renovated their mansions and welcomed guest. I don't have details of the game but here are the final scores: Don - 14, Jane - 14, Alvin - 14, Denise - 12 and Ann - 11. Don had the most money so he won the tie breaker.
The game was enjoyed so much that the group decided to play again. This time Brenda too Alvin's place. Don also won the second game but the scores were not written down.
Around the World in 80 Days
Most people said it couldn't be done but Mike, Scott, Don, Amy, Bob and RJ started this trip around the world in 80 days. Don and Scott were moving fast but using lots of days. Bob was able to take a Elephant. I was collecting lots of coins. Scott reached London first but it took him 97 days. Don was the next to reach London but in 91 days. When I made it to New York I hand the cards in my hand to get to London but it would have taken me 84 day. I still would have won but fortunately I had the balloon action and two coils. I rolled a 2 on the die and was able to reach London in 79 days. My extra coins were no necessary.
10 Days in Africa
Ann, Brenda and Dorie tried this world wind trip through
Africa. Brenda was new to the game but caught on fast. She was
the first to complete the trip.
